Note: You do not have to enroll this year! If you wish to keep your benefit choices from last year, you do not need to enroll during the Connect 2009 process. However, if you would like to enroll in an Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you will have to log on to the enrollment system and make a election for the FSA.
Remember all on-line enrollment passwords will be reset on October 24th at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. When you log in to eBen after this time, your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security number, followed by the two-digit month in which you were born, followed by your two-digit day of birth (if you were born on February 1, you would enter 0201).
